EazLink does not claim accredited provider status. It is the middleware between source business systems and the selected accredited provider.

Why not connect every ERP directly?

A reusable integration layer isolates source products from provider and country-specific change, and centralizes state and recovery.

Does the buyer always use the seller’s provider?

No assumption should be made. The official model identifies separate service-provider roles at Corners 2 and 3; project design must follow current OTA and provider specifications.

What should return to the seller system?

At minimum, a correlation identifier, processing state, errors or required action, timestamps and available evidence.
